Outcome

Axioma was able to present its exciting vision for the future of analytics and attracted a buyer and was sold for $850m.

Spatialize worked with the executive team to engage across the larger organization to evaluate the existing applications and services in order to establish a modern product development strategy that would work.

Spatialize determined the product offering’s core values, repositioned the brand and researched customer’s needs to establish a foundational proposition that could deliver a cloud-based future vision.

In addition to analyzing the current product offerings and determining opportunities for streamlining and integration, a new design function was created in the organization that could integrate legacy applications with new products in a scalable end-to-end workflow that delivered on the customer promise.
